Khelghar

This program was started in November, 2022 to help community to create a safe space for 2-3 year old to grow in a nurturing and responsive care environment. Around 20 children and their mothers are part of this initiative. We hope to develop an understanding and sensitize the community towards the need of this critical stage of life. Children are born explorers. Providing a safe, loving and stimulating environment enables them to learn the ways of the world around them. Khelghar empowers working mothers as they rely on this safe space to leave their children. Involvement of grandparents adds great value to this initiative.
